The 2012 waiting period is January 23rd – February 4th, and with less than a week to go, the 112 warriors are getting ready for battle at one of the most dangerous waves on the planet, dueling it out for $130,000 USD in prize money and valuable ratings points to kick off the 2012 year. The surf at Pipeline has been on fire for the better part of January and the official forecaster of the 2012 Volcom Pipe Pro, is happy to report that there is plenty more surf to come.
