Just 3 days after the horrific Paris terrorist attacks, The Shrine had a show booked at Le Trebando in Paris, France. They still wanted to play the show and luckily the venue, promoters, and audience wanted the show to go on also. It was a special night for all of the band, people were so stoked and didn’t cancel and it turned out to be one of the craziest and best shows ever for The Shrine. The Shrine had Beb the singer of legendary French band Soggy join to sing their song ‘Waiting For The War’, which covered last year. A song about the sadness and insanity of living in a world where the leaders are playing games from behind a desk and you don’t seem to have any choice of possibly being caught in the crossfire. It wa s the first time Beb had been on stage since 1982 and he was beyond words, just pure rock and roll. Crowdsurfing at 60 years old.
