LOST IN BMX SERIES 2016: LOST IN ST PETE / THE WEEK OF RUSSIAN ROULETTE
The story of shooting the “Lost In” series in St. Petersburg!
Those familiar with the central European weather during summer would know that August is usually the warmest month of the year. Keeping this in mind, Monster was all excited to go on another ‘LOST IN’ adventure, this time heading to the second biggest city of Russia – St Petersburg. Most of us haven`t been to Russia before, so we couldn`t wait to see what it had in store. St.Petersburg is supposed to be one of the most beautiful cities and a symbol of Russian pride but did we share the same opinion after our one week of stay there?
The first shock comes right away on the way from the airport, as you enter downtown, the streets are absolutely stacked with cars. Traffic on every single street and there’s nothing you can do just wait… But the riding completely changes the game… there are some serious highlights in St Pete.
You can find a kingdom of complex marble plazas, endless streets which lead to hidden rails and stair sets. So if you lucky to grab the right weather make sure you won’t get driven away by the distances, it’s all worth the effort. If you want to check more about the trip, find out which spots were the radest of all than check the full story on this link. Meanwhile you can sit back and enjoy these edits now!
