JAMIE THOMAS INTRODUCES STRAYE
A new shoe brand for 2017.
Last April, Jamie Thomas announced that Fallen Footwear would cease to exist—leaving the Chief without a shoe sponsor for nearly a year. This changed last night when Thomas took to Instagram to announce the launch of STRAYE—a new shoe brand set to release its first footwear offering in the next couple of months. While Thomas is not running the business side of things this go round, he does seem to be an integral part of the operation. The former Fallen Footwear Instagram account was changed to STRAYE to coincide with the announcement. Jamie also mentions another pro joining him on the team soon.
“I’m going to be a part of a new footwear brand called STRAYE. The shoes will be dropping in the next few months and one of my all-time favorite skateboarders will be joining me on the team. Different to most things I’ve worked on in the past, I won’t be responsible for running the brand and it’s gonna be fun and carefree; no rules and no apologies. I thank you all for your support and I hope you like the shoes.” – Jamie Thomas
