HEARTS APART NEW EP ‘BANG! WRONG AGAIN’ OUT ON APRIL 28TH. HEAR THE NEW SINGLE ‘ABOUT TO HAPPEN’!

Italian punks Hearts Apart have announced the release of their second EP ‘Bang! Wrong Again’, due out on 28th April. They have now shared a third new single, ‘About To Happen’, a bittersweet and anthemic track that grows line after line until it explodes on the epic chorus. The band explain: “Do we know it’s about to happen? It’s just about those moments, sometimes years long, when two lovers perceive the cracks of a growing detachment and in the meanwhile they fight to stay as one, to save a relationship potentially already over.” Formed on 2020. The idea came from a trio of friends, when attending a festival on the shores of Garda Lake, in Italy. Their intent was to create a band that could channel all the teenage distress of being close to forty, through punk rock and rock and roll. While they are a very young project, its members are very well known veterans from the italian punk scene, coming from bands such as Miss Chain & The Broken Heels, Argetti, Il Buio and Phill Reynolds. The song is a straight forward punk rock gem, with a sonic palette that nuances from Against Me! to The Marked Men and Radioactivity, early The Hives material and Jay Reatard as ideal mentors. ‘Bang! Wrong Again’ will be released on vinyl. The flipside will include their acclaimed debut EP ‘Number One To No One’.
