Introducing Tovar Spring 2012
SPRING 2012 – INTRODUCING TOVAR
January, 17 2012, Los Angeles, CA – Tovar epitomizes simplicity and function. Inspired by his travels, Los Angeles based designer and founder Terence Yeung combines style and substance with a man’s suitcase in mind. After gaining experience as the lead designer on several note-worthy clothing brands, Yeung stepped out on his own to create Tovar. Yeung named his brand after a family of courageous explorers in the 1700′s who were nimble in their travels across the Americas. Tovar was designed simply for the modern day explorer. The ideal Tovar man is a jetsetter, a seasoned trailblazer who adapts easily to different terrains and cultures. “I wanted to design practical apparel that can easily be mixed and matched with anyone’s existing wardrobe,” Yeung explains. From super soft striped tees, lightweight woven plaid shirts, to water-resistant outerwear, the Tovar range offers stylish and comfortable garments that can be mixed, matched, and layered in multiple ways. Tovar‘s debut collection will be available for purchase in January 2012, and sold at fine retailers across the United States. Participating retailers include American Rag, Ron Herman, Life Curated, Aloha Sundays, Revolve Clothing, and 80′s Purple.
