The song speaks of sleep apnea causing anxiety attacks mixed with tachycardia caused by silent stress. Not easy! Down Memory Lane is a melodic punk rock band based in Montreal, formed in 2015 with the only desire of playing good ol’ 90′s style punk rock and have a great time. Since then, the band has joined People Of Punk Rock Records to release their upcoming EP in early 2024. Exciting news, the quintet is expected to perform next year at Red Bridge Fest alongside Lagwagon, Millencolin, Zebrahead and many other of your favorite punk rock acts! On a side note, the band’s EP releases from 2018 and 2019, ‘Catch’ and ‘Release’ were recently paired together to form the ‘Catch & Release’ album, freshly pressed for the first time on vinyl by POPR Records.
