STONE ISLAND AW ’024 ’025 PANAMA RECYCLED OXIDE PLATING
The experimentation with coating on cottons: iron oxides are obtained through the recycling of metal wastes, which is either plated or spray painted onto the garments, the latter creating an elemental gradient effect.
The collection includes hooded jackets, hooded sweatshirts and crewneck sweatshirts, each piece unique as a result of the iron oxide technique. Continuing the new take on Stone Island campaign iconic images, first launched in January 2024, artist Yoshirotten wears 459T1 PANAMA RECYCLED OXIDE PLATING, photographed by David Sims under the artistic direction of Ferdinando Verderi.
