Omnigone (ex-Link 80) release ‘Grief’ single

East Bay ska-punk outfit, Omnigone, have released the second single from their upcoming album. FFO: Link 80, Suicide Machines, Voodoo Glow Skulls, Against All Authority, Folly.

‘Grief’ is a raw and emotive tribute to former Link 80 frontman, Nick Traina, who tragically took his own life at the age of 19 in 1997. Omnigone‘s vocalist, Adam Davis, visited the grave of his friend and former bandmate for the first time on May 1st, 2024. The trip was filmed and serves as the music video. “This song and video is also for Kiyomi Tanouye, lost in the Ghost Ship fire, and everyone else who went too soon.” – Davis. ‘Grief’ is out now and will appear on Omnigone‘s upcoming full length, ‘Feral’, that will be released by Bad Time Records on Friday, July 26th. Vinyl preorders for are available from label and you can also listen to the previously released single, ‘Quicksand’, on all of your preferred streaming platforms. Omnigone is a straightedge ska punk hardcore band from the East Bay, formed in 2019 by Adam Davis & Barry Krippene of Link 80. One of the original bands on the Bad Time Records roster, they’ve released two full length albums ‘No Faith’ and ‘Against The Rest’, and are now back with their 3rd full installment ‘Feral’.
